Under Article 11 of the February 2005 law: "The disabled person has the right to compensation for the consequences of their disability, regardless of the origin and nature of their deficiency, their age or their way of life." As a result, each organization is required to take the necessary means to provide, within a reasonable timeframe, the information and functionality sought by the disabled person, whether the content is subject to a waiver or not.
