Make a report.
AFA is responsible for helping competent authorities and those who are faced with it to prevent and detect breaches of integrity. In this capacity, it receives and processes reports.
Several channels can be used: postal mailing (AFA, 23 avenue d'Italie, 75013 Paris), email sending (afa@afa.gouv.fr), sending through the AFA's website.
HOW TO PROCEED FROM THE AFA WEBSITE?
Fill out the reporting form: the form must be filled out in its entirety without leaving out any fields. It is up to the applicant to describe the situation and attach all relevant documents.
Receipt confirmation: after filling out the form, an email will be sent to the provided address to confirm the receipt of the report.
Handling the report: After analyzing the situation and the provided documents, AFA may reach out to the reporter to further investigate the report.
What are the outcomes of the report ?
The investigation of the report may lead AFA to refer it to another competent service or authority, if necessary, based on Article 40 of the criminal procedure code. The report may also, if it allows to assess the existence, quality and effectiveness of anti-corruption measures, feed the controls of AFA.
